  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility.

  • During high-volume sale periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. Please allow additional time for your order to be prepared and shipped.


Shipping Time

  • Our standard delivery time is 8–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

  • During peak seasons, holidays, or carrier disruptions, deliveries may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping is offered on all orders within our active shipping regions.

  • Expedited shipping options (if available) will appear at checkout with an additional cost.


Fulfillment & Warehousing

  • All Vellixe® products are designed in the USA, with fulfillment handled through our global network of warehouses.

  • Depending on stock availability and your shipping address, your order may ship from one of our international fulfillment centers to ensure faster delivery and inventory efficiency.

  • This global fulfillment model helps us keep products in stock and accessible to customers worldwide.


Order Tracking

  • Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and link to monitor its progress.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the shipping confirmation.


Delays

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, please allow extra time for delivery in cases such as:

  • Customs inspections (for international shipments)

Lost or Damaged Packages
